With their performance of Haydn’s “Creation” in September 2020, the Balthasar-Neumann-Ensembles and Thomas Hengelbrock ended the long silence imposed on choral singing by the COVID19 pandemic. This documentary gives an insight into the circumstances surrounding the production and our experiences during this extraordinary project, which tested the limits of what was possible.
